Training and skills consolidation for your team / newcomers

Jan 21, 2021

When your company evolves, the question of training for your processes and management tool arises. Do you have newcomers to train? Do you need to consolidate the knowledge you have acquired or to reinforce the capacities of your team? Ubister offers you training courses. These training courses can be delivered in person or remotely. In view of the current circumstances, we carry out remote training during the confinement period.

Ubister can provide various types of training:

  • On your processes related to the SAP Business ByDesign modules you have deployed (Finance, Accounting, Sales and Distribution, Production, Project Management, etc.).
  • On the analytical dimension of SAP Business ByDesign, with levels of depth depending on your knowledge (from standard report formatting to the creation of customised analytical reports).

Did you know that like all professional training, this training benefits from the same financing possibilities by an OPCA (Organisme Paritaire Collecteur Agrégé)? Contact your HR department to find out the name of the OPCA with which your company works.

When you have the training financed by the OPCA, a formality will be necessary (greater than if you finance it directly): have a written programme, sign an agreement, sign a receipt to indicate your presence at the training and fill in a satisfaction questionnaire at the end of the training (non-exhaustive list).

What is an Approved Joint Collecting Body?

It is a body responsible for collecting, pooling and redistributing the financial obligations paid by companies for vocational training. The money collected is used to finance the Individual Right to Training (DIF)/Personal Training Account on 1 January 2015 (CFP), periods of professionalization, and the company's training plan. The OPCA ensures the financing and the administrative management of the training actions implemented by the companies.
